Dealing with unexpected dental problems.
Wherever possible, we aim to provide same day emergency treatment, but please help us to help you by ringing the practice as early as possible. We can’t guarantee the same day appointment unless you have contacted us by noon on the day of your emergency.
If you have a dental emergency outside practice hours, you should contact the duty dentist by calling us on the practice number: 01224 641773. We will normally give advice over the phone, but if you do need to be seen, we can arrange an appointment. (Mr Bonsor’s patients can telephone him on his mobile number – this can be found on the back of his business card).
At weekends, the practice is part of a rota along with other local reputable dental practices. Should you require advice or treatment then please telephone the practice number to obtain the number of the duty dentist.
Please note there will be a call out charge for out-of-hours care.
