Nicki has a long history in customer service having worked for British Airways for twelve and a half years and then Briggs, a marine service company. Following a career break to have her daughter and live abroad in the middle east, she took up a role in The Dental Practice as Administrator/ Receptionist in 2018.
Nicki is finding working in the dental profession fascinating and rewarding. She enjoys contact with our patients and the relationships that are built.
She has been impressed by how helpful and supportive the staff have made her transition back into the working environment.
With any energy left after caring for her daughter, Nicki likes to keep fit walking her dog, practising yoga and going to the gym.
