We know each one of our patients has their own unique requirements, which is why we tailor our care to suit you. We are dedicated to patient education and prevention to keep you in your best oral health.

Highly qualified and experienced staff

We have an extremely well-qualified team who have been in the dental or medical professions for many years. This has enabled them to gain a wealth of experience, essential for providing the highest quality of patient care. All staff are involved in teaching and active in keeping their knowledge and skills up to date by participating in further education and postgraduate dental training. Many of our team members are highly recognised in their particular fields and very active in teaching and research – see our extensive list of staff publications.

A friendly team that welcomes nervous patients

Our approachable team will quickly put you at ease and, if you are particularly nervous, we encourage you to tell us about your concerns, so we can help you overcome any anxious thoughts and ensure you receive the dental treatment you need. Find out more.

We have a team of in-house specialists in various dental disciplines, ensuring a further opinion or additional treatment can be quickly and easily arranged, no matter what your problem or dental concern. We are proud of the continual reinvestment made in the practice evidenced by the outstanding equipment and choice of dental materials at our disposal for your care. We can then use the most advanced, evidenced-based techniques, in combination with the highest quality dental materials and equipment.

The highest standards of decontamination

A decontamination unit (a room dedicated solely to the cleaning and decontamination of dental instruments) was installed here in 2004. This room contains state of the art equipment essential for the health and safety of our patients. We also have regular inspections and keep up-to-date with the latest guidelines and equipment requirements to ensure we are fully compliant in this important area.

Good appointment availability

We offer exceptional service, as well as quality dental care. Whether you need an emergency appointment or routine care, we strive to see you promptly and can often offer same day appointments. New patients are always welcome. Get in contact with us

Courtesy appointment reminder service

We provide a handy reminder service to help you keep track of your appointments. You can choose to receive an email, text message or telephone reminder 48 hours before your appointment.

Emergency Dental Care

We offer scheduled appointments during office hours for patients registered with us and if you need emergency dental advice or treatment in the evening or at the weekend, we provide an out-of-hours service.

British Dental Association’s Good Practice accreditation

The BDA, the professional association for dentists, runs a quality assurance scheme measuring various parameters of clinical and administrative quality. Our practice is proud to have held this prestigious accreditation for since 2000.

BUPA accreditation

We are very happy to provide care to patients who have a BUPA policy that covers dental care. If you do have a suitable policy, any treatment costs will be fully or partly reimbursed by BUPA.

Denplan payment plans

Denplan is the largest and most respected provider of dental payment plans in the UK and we have worked closely with them for more than twenty years, helping you spread the cost of your dental care and providing useful dental insurance. Find out more.

Disabled Access

As we are constantly seeking to improve our service and accommodate the needs of all our patients, we have carried out an audit to review access for disabled patients and comply with legislation. Unfortunately, as the practice is in a listed building and in a conservation area, we are restricted in what we can do to comply. We can, however, offer limited access for patients with special needs, as well as parking for disabled patients and their chaperones.

More languages

If English is not your first language, finding appropriate dental care can be a daunting prospect. However, we may be able to help because some of our staff speak basic French, Spanish and Italian, and a member of our team, Mr Hussain, is fluent in Urdu and Punjabi. He also has experience of speaking Pushto (Afghan) and understands Arabic and Farsi (Persian). In addition, Alicja, one of our hygienists speaks fluent Polish.
